Key Club is the oldest and largest service organization for high schoolers that teaches leadership through service to others. Students pledge to build their homes, schools and communities.
Hikina: Part of Region 18 and made up of the Key Clubs at schools on the east side of Oahu: Farrington High School, ‘Iolani Schools, Kaiser High School, Kalani High School, Kamehameha High Schools, Maryknoll High School, Punahou School, Roosevelt High School. The division mascot is the mano (shark).

Komohana: Part of Region 18 and made up of the Key Clubs at schools on the west side of Oahu: Aiea High School, Castle High School, Damien High School, Hanalani Schools, Kailua High School, Kapolei High School, Leilehua High School, McKinley High School, Mililani High School, Pearl City High School, Waipahu High School. The division mascot is the honu (green sea turtle).
Makai: Part of Region 18 and made up of the Key Clubs at schools on Kauai, Maui, and Hawaii (Big Island): Baldwin High School, Hawaii Technology Academy, Hilo High School, Kapaa High School, Kauai High School, Kea’au High School, Kealakehe High School, King Kekaulike High School, Maui High School, and Waiakea High School. The division mascot is the opihi (limpet).
